By now, you must already have your credentials and access to your Client Portal dashboard.
You can now start a new ticket and order people around. We are excited to accept your tasks and instructions, the more specific—the better!
First, On your Client Portal Home page, look for the Open Ticket button on the screen, as you can see in the image below.
A New Ticket Form will generate. You must input the Ticket Subject and make sure you choose the correct category.
For this, you have to choose the Content Writing Category. A new field will appear, which is essential in sending your ticket.
The keyword is a relevant field for optimization, and this will be the basis for where you want your content to be visible in SERP.
Next will be your Ticket Body, and here you will write down the instructions you need us to do. The more specific you are, the better.
Once done, you can now click the button to Create a Ticket.
We usually respond within 24 hours.
