OBI Services will guide you every step of the way to get you started on your way to success!

If you are new to OBI Services, once the payment is successful, you will receive an email from OBI Services with your Client Portal Login Details.

You will receive an email from OBI Services for your Client Portal Login Details.

Inside this email are your Username and a link to set your password. The Set Password page will be displayed after you click the link.

Please Note: You must enter your new password or use the password generated by the system.

After setting up your new password, you can now log in with your Username or Email Address and Password. You will then see your Profile and the Dashboard.

You must visit the OBI Client Portal site, where you create and view tickets, client dashboards, knowledgebases, use cases, etc.

In the Client Portal, you will see the Menus: Home, Knowledge, Use Case, Open Ticket, My Menu, and Log out.

In the Home menu, you can ask questions and have the answers right away. If you have a project you'd want us to work on, you can also Open a Ticket or Request a Task.

You can also refer to the Supported Software, other Services we offer, and Testimonials from our diverse clients globally.
